First off – This blog has been and still is run completely by me – from actual posts to making banners and everything else – since around July of 2006. However, the blog has had its database wiped several times, the last being in July of 2008. So keep in mind, I may not have a super big archive at the time, but that’s merely because almost over 2 years worth (currently) have been wiped into nothingness.

Also, the name 24 Frames Per Second is taken from uh…well, anime (and most of anything in this medium, including hollywood films and tv shows) is played at 24 frames per second. I thought it sounded nice so I used it to replace the old ’2DComplex.com anime blog’ title.

Notice a trend? It’s not my fault, I’ve used this name everywhere since I was around 10 or 11, I don’t like change so I have kept it. And no, I don’t really care about Star Wars, its’ fine but I honestly had no idea the name was taken from it – my brother made an account for me using the name when I was a very little shota, and told me he made it up, so yeah. But it grew on me before I fount out otherwise, so whatever.

As for me personally, I’m an ass and don’t really care if I offend you or if you disagree with me. Feel free to bitch and moan in the comments, I wont delete them, at most ill just be a dick right back at you. As for things like my ‘favorite anime or manga’ or things like that, I don’t really have them – Tokikake is my very top and Azumanga is very high as well, but I couldn’t tell you much else favorite-wise. I have a My Anime List account, the ‘favorites’ isn’t exactly accurate, and I don’t keep it totally up to date (the list that is, of anime and manga I’ve watched/read) but its better than nothing. Also, for the record I do this for my own enjoyment and really enjoy when others choose to waste their time reading my stuff, so my point is whether or not it’s something you think is good or not, thanks for coming here at all. And while I know I’m just another anime blog, I want to also make it clear I’m not like most of the other anime bloggers – I don’t have the horribly incorrect idea that posting about a niche thing on some shitty website makes me someone important. You won’t see me with these stupid fucking posts talking about how great this or that blogger is – why? Because, they aren’t great. Most are children, and the older ones are pretentious cocksuckers or huge idiots; I want no part in being part of that shit. I don’t mind if you enjoy reading their tripe, and sometimes I do it to kill time as well (extremely rarely), the point is this is just a little anime blog on the internet and so are they. I don’t like people with egos for no reason, or praise without anything to back it up with, and that’s what most of the anime blogging community is made of – people who are full of themselves for no reason and people who praise them with the same lack of any real reason for it. Oh and those fucking fags who think throwing memes around or blatantly pandering to the 4chan crowd makes them special or something. Everyone goes there, get over yourself, it doesn’t make you special and talking like you’re there when you’re not just makes you look like a cockholster.

So honestly, I might not get as many views but if I have to take part in that to get a bunch then I’d rather just have you few who come here anyway.

Aside from all that, I really hate a certain “SC” and “ANN” if it wasn’t obvious. I love ANN aside from its members and editorials which is all horrid shit – but it’s encyclopedia and news information is great. As for “SC”, all they do is repost the same thing 20 times and retitle it and it always is – 1. is old news 2. is shit they saw on 4chan 3. is fucking stupid.

I mainly cover…anything related to anime, manga, gaming, figures, whatever. So a lot of shit. It’s not LOL SO RANDOM XDDD but it isnt serious or extremely focused either. I use shitty grammar and English skills, because its a fucking anime blog so I don’t really care about that stuff, and I also use a lot of vulgarities and crude language and sorry but no that doesn’t make me some ignorant buffoon. If you don’t like that then hurr durr too bad, it’s part of the English language and a part I tend to use often. But yeah, I post anything from episode reviews of series’ I’m watching and full series reviews, to character appreciation posts and MADs.
